Don't Breathe 2016: Review
Don't Blink Either
Some friends and I saw 'Don't Breathe' at the theater down the street yesterday. I recommend seeing a film like this with surround sound and the works. It came out a day after my moms birthday, which is beside the point. I just find release dates interesting, it being the end of August and getting closer to the fall season. I went to see it to let you know if it tickles your fancy. And basically I wanted to support the horror genre.
Jane Levy Worked It
The movie's premise is like this: while you're sitting in your seat trying to figure out who's robbing who, speaking of bad ideas don't you just love those? This is about a bad decision, and we can all relate to those. Being a little too desperate gets these three into creeper vill. It plays on all your senses as a movie goer. I had to cover my ears and was biting my nails throughout the terror. It defiantly felt like an adrenaline rush of fear, or one of those goofy haunted houses.Don't Fuck With The Blind
Being locked in a blind-psychopaths house, is a good hook too. And there's another plot, but I won't spoil it for you. I think part of this movies appeal is it plays on morality and not to mention the set design of the house. It's filming locations were in Detroit and Hungary, it was very fitting for the storyline. It had pretty neat cinematography, the spooky neighborhood and well executed acting. I wonder what time of year they filmed this? And I guess you will just have to support the horror cause if your curious about this creeper too.
